Our Services

Individual Counseling

We provide one-on-one counseling for those who are 5 years old and up. Sessions are typically 50-90 minutes in length (your counselor will discuss this with you).

Because each individual is different, we don't believe in, or approach counseling as, a one size fits all type approach. This process is different for everyone!

Performance Coaching

Performance coaching is designed to highlight areas of strength, improve areas of weakness, learn the critical skills for improving performance, increase enjoyment, and prevent burnout. Performance coaching is also helpful for those going through, or coming back from an injury, and/or approaching retirement.

Animal Assisted Therapy,

including Equine Assisted Counseling

Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a form of creative therapy that utilizes animals and handlers (people who manage the animal) to provide goal-directed therapy to individuals

Family Counseling

Family therapy can be used for multiple reasons. Typical goals of family therapy include improving the communication, working on family concerns, understanding and handling special family situations, and creating a better functioning home environment.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples -most often a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - helps those involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions

** Dr. Rebecca Partridge is the provider to contact if you are interested in Couples Therapy **

Group Counseling

Group Therapy is a form of therapy in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist to help themselves and one another. Group therapy helps people learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships. It can be helpful for various concerns and addressing feelings such as isolation, depression or anxiety.

Supervision

Supervision towards licensure for  Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

During supervision you will reflect on your experiences, professional identity, areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Through a collaborative experience you will grow as a counselor, understand your ethical obligations, and learn best practices.

Consultation

For mental health professionals who are fully licensed, but looking for consultation and extra support. This could be regarding a specific client/clients, topics, ethics, documentation, treatment planning, or other areas of being a mental health professional.

Trainings

We provide event planning, coordination, and facilitation services to professional speakers.

This allows the trainer to focus on what they do best, while not having to worry about, focus on, or spend valuable time on the logistical side of hosting a professional training event.
