Hello, I'm Rebecca Partridge. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S), and I am passionate about helping people live their best lives. With over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling and training, I specialize in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Equine Assisted Therapy (EAGALA). It's important to me that my clients feel comfortable and safe in our sessions, and I work hard to establish a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect.

My clinical experience started in Washington State where I worked in the Child and Family Department of a non-profit community mental health agency serving survivors of trauma ages 5 to young-adult and their families. I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training, and I am passionate about sharing my expertise with my clients to help them achieve their best life possible.

At BestLife Counseling, Consulting, and Training PLLC, my clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and personalized treatment. My extensive experience in both private practice and university settings has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective therapy to individuals, families, and groups. In addition to my clinical work, I am also a co-author of a scholarly journal article focusing on Feedback Informed Treatment and a book chapter highlighting supervision activities. I am committed to staying current in my field and providing the best possible treatment to my clients.

My approach to clinical work at is informed by a variety of person-centered, narrative, and solution-focused theories. I specialize in supporting individuals through challenges such as trauma, PTSD, sexual assault, difficulties with transitions, relational concerns, and interpersonal relationship issues. My professional interests are diverse, but all center around helping clients achieve their best lives.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to create a safe space for every individual.

I welcomed twin girls in February 2020, so I enjoy most of my very limited free time with them. I enjoy horse-back riding, reading, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. I am an ISFJ, Enneagram Type 2, and a Ravenclaw (Hogwarts House).

Animal Assisted Therapy

Hi, I'm Caitlyn Worledge, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Mental Game Coach. I am also trained in Animal Assisted Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and various trauma informed modalities, including EMDR. With my expertise and compassionate approach, I work with clients to create a customized plan to reach their BestLife and overcome obstacles. At BestLife, I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards solutions. By using a collaborative, client-centered approach, I help my clients to achieve their full potential and live their best lives.

Most of all, I am passionate about continued education, striving for excellence, and continued growth; and I love helping others do the same!

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to create a safe space for every individual.

One of the most unique aspects of my practice is that I can provide services as both a  Performance Coach and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Additionally, I have advanced training in EMDR specific to performance. As an equestrian who has competed successfully at both the local and national levels, I understand the unique challenges and obstacles athletes and various performers face. Not only in regards to enhancing performance, but also in life.

In my spare time , I enjoy: riding horses, yoga, watching sports, reading, spending time with my dogs, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

Performance Coaching

Developing your mental skills is just as important as developing your physical abilities. As a Performance Coach, I can help you optimize your performance with mental skills that have been proven to give you an extra competitive edge. I provide the tools and resources you need to help make yourself stand out from the rest.

Performance coaching is designed to highlight areas of strength, improve areas of weakness, learn the critical skills for improving performance, increase enjoyment, and prevent burnout. Performance coaching is also helpful for those going through, or coming back from an injury, and/or approaching retirement.

My passion is helping others overcome challenges and live their best lives, and I'm here to support you.

I am originally from Tennessee and the mountains have my heart. I spend my free time enjoying anything outdoors, spending time with my partner/friends/family or pets, horseback riding, and napping. I have two dogs and a cat that are my fur children and get all my attention at home.
